The Board

The Rothesay Life Board of Directors has overall governance and oversight responsibility for the business. The board is composed of senior financial services industry practitioners with extensive experience:

Keith Satchell - Chairman

A qualified actuary with over 35 years experience in the life and pensions sector, Keith is also Non-Executive Chairman of Barnett Waddingham LLP.

He is the former CEO of Friends Provident plc and former Chairman of the Association of British Insurers.

Addy Loudiadis - Chief Executive

Addy is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. She has served as co-head of the Goldman Sachs European Financing Group and co-head of the Investment Banking Group in Europe prior to setting up Rothesay Life.

Charles Pickup - Non-Executive Director

Charles has considerable experience in the insurance industry and involvement in the Governance Infrastructure with the organisations that he has been employed with.

Douglas Paterson - Non-Executive Director

Douglas is a Non-Executive Director of Goldman Sachs International Bank and has considerable experience in the financial services industry, including insurance.

He was previously a senior audit partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Michael Sherwood - Director

Michael is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Goldman Sachs International.

Dermot McDonogh - Director

Responsible for European and Asian financial control functions, Dermot is the International Controller for Goldman Sachs.

Kostas Pantazopoulos - Director

Kostas is the Global Head of Interest Rate Products at Goldman Sachs International.

John Rafter - Director

Working in the Investment Banking Division, John is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs International. He advises financial institution clients.
